Herdade do Sobroso
The grapes were harvested by hand and transported to our winery in small 20kg boxes. Vinification in temperature-controlled mills. Aged for 12 months in 500 liter French Allier oak barrels, followed by 6 months in bottle.
Concentrated in color, dense. Fine aroma with notes of very ripe red fruits, cocoa and jam. Elegant and prolonged aftertaste.
